Plain-language summary: Build almost anything. The short no-list: illegal content, attacking others, breaking isolation, abusing free credits.
1. Prohibited workloads
CSAM and illegal content, malware C2, denial-of-service origination, unauthorized penetration of third parties, sanctioned-entity use. Model outputs violating law are the deployer's responsibility; EX-Guard is offered to help.
2. Fair platform use
No self-referrals or credit farming, no benchmark manipulation on the Arena, no resale of subsidized capacity without a reseller agreement.
3. Enforcement
Graduated: workload halt → feature restriction → account suspension. Appeals to abuse@ex5.ai are reviewed by a human within 48 hours.
