Terms of Service
1. The service
ex5.ai provides marketplace GPU rental, a model inference API, fine-tuning, deployments and related tooling. Capacity is supplied by verified third-party hosts; ex5 operates the market, billing, scheduling and support layer.
2. Billing & credits
All usage draws from a prepaid credit balance. GPU time bills per second, inference per token, agents per task, storage per hour. Prices shown at order time are binding for that session; spot prices float. Unused credits do not expire and are refundable minus processing costs.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attacks on third parties, no crypto-mining on interruptible discounts marked compute-only, no attempts to break tenant isolation. Violations suspend the workload first, the account on repeat.
4. Your data & models
Your datasets, fine-tuned weights and outputs are yours. We access them only to operate the service, never to train our models. Downloadable exports are available at all times, including after cancellation for 30 days.
5. Availability & remedies
Interruptible instances can be reclaimed with 60 seconds notice — that's the discount. On-demand instances and deployments carry the SLA published on the SLA page; breaches are remedied in service credits.
